Join Miguel Gonzalez from Cuba for a series of 2-hour workshops once a month in the afternoon from 2.30pm – 4.30pm, all we need is your mind, body, soul, energy & commitment – You Ready?

We will be delivering Inclusive Cuban Dance Afro Cuban workshops for intermediate and advanced dance students looking for that extra 1-2-1 experience in a small group environment, we will me covering the stories, the music, the culture, and the dances.

What do we cover?

We will be developing your footwork, Afro Cuban Movement, adapting to the social dance floor, Musical Interpretation, and creativity, exploring different Afro Cuban dance styles, Developing your Spatial Awareness.
